Karan is passionate about visual thinking and making complex ideas simple. He has spent 10+ years creating and clarifying compelling customer experiences and commercially viable experience strategies that mitigate business complexity and inspire teams to push the boundaries of what’s possible. He has got extensive experience building and scaling CX competencies in corporate, consulting and startup environments across the Financial Services, SaaS, Retail, Manufacturing and Healthcare industries.

When not at work, Karan enjoys hiking, camping, astrophotography, golf, snowboarding and motorsports, and in between those interests, he's mostly found with a book and/or near a dog.
