With over a decade of experience, he specializes in advising business leads in appropriately leveraging applications to optimize and automate business processes. Davaughn and his team support multiple facets within Carlyle and are known to deliver projects that meet or exceed time and budget expectations. His strong leadership and positivity result in his team consistently giving their best efforts when challenges present themselves. Davaughn has been married for 14 years and has two young boys, ages 8 and 6. He loves watching his two boys play lacrosse as well as exercising at his local Crossfit box in his free time
