Edgard has over 20 years experience working in SaaS and Automotive industries in Marketing and Customer Experience. Before moving into automotive, he held several positions for 3dexcite (Dassault Systemes) from their Munich, Los Angeles and Tokyo offices for their market operations. He has also worked for Lotus Cars, Nissan Europe and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Switzerland.
In his most recent role, as Head of Digital and Customer Experience for all FCA Brands (Jeep, Alfa Romeo, Fiat & Abarth), he was responsible for Digital strategy, Digital Marketing, CRM, Analytics and Customer programs, bringing consistency across all customer journey touch-points. Before this role, he was Head of Marketing for Fiat and Abarth, for the Swiss Market.
In his private time, Edgard is not only a dedicated father but also engaged in social programs with focus on sustainability, sports and mental health. He is also an active IMD School Alumni member.
