Michael has worked in tech and digital for over 30 years, holding senior roles across Retail, Banking, Legal Services and the big SIs. Most recent roles have includes Global Digital Transformation Director at Costa Coffee and before that Freshfields, and previous to that Michael was Group CTO at the Coop. Through his career Michael has led delivery of digital transformations, a major outsource and has played key roles in retail transformations, bank integrations and start-ups and has also been highly active architecture since the early 90s. Michael’s primary focus is always customer value and delivering on promises.
