Zdravko Mladenov is the Group Chief Digital and Information Officer at Post Office, where he leads a large effort to modernise the technology and service provision powering the UK’s largest retail network. Prior to joining Post Office, he spent 8 years at McKinsey & Company, where as a Partner he focused on digital, technology and business transformation and strategy for a wide range of clients across the public and private sector. Zdravko holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the world-leading Syracuse University programme and an MBA from INSEAD.
