Pal Bhusate is an accomplished leader known for building high-performing teams across diverse industries, including energy, telecommunications, finance, and health. After over 20 years in the corporate world, Pal founded Kinseed to transform the digital landscape of healthcare, inspired by her personal experience when her son was born with two heart defects. Despite the clinical team's excellent care, they were hindered by outdated tools. Two decades later, little had changed.
Driven by a passion for improving lives, Pal and her team developed SwiftCare, a digital platform that supports several NHS Acute Transfer Teams, including Great Ormond Street Hospital. SwiftCare transforms digital workflows, providing secure access to crucial data for effective decision support and patient care in mobile intensive care environments. The latest addition to SwiftCare is MediWork, an Occupational Healthcare Platform. MediWork helps employers proactively manage employee health and wellbeing by handling extensive data on workplace dynamics, health, and clinical information.
Pal is also passionate about mentoring and coaching young people, helping them realise their natural talents and achieve their dreams.
